• Customers can cancel the service request before technician dispatch.
• Cancellation after technician arrival may include visiting charges.
• Repeated fake bookings may lead to service restriction.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only in valid service-related cases.
• If payment is made in advance and service is not provided, eligible refunds will be processed.
• No refund will be provided after successful completion of repair work.
• Spare parts once installed are non-refundable.
